We also have the ability to add in whatever other custom features you need – content feeds, content sharing, multi-site search, etc.

Implementation and training typically costs between $10k and $20k.   • Managing Content DL CMS is the backbone of DL Intranet/Extranet system. It enables non-technical individuals to change content, create links, manage images, approve & schedule content for publishing, and so on. With Intranets and Extranets, site visitors are also often content contributors, and can easily submit content into the system via web forms for approval and publishing.
  • Asset Directories DL CMS handles any type of content and any type of output. For example, DL CMS can manage images, Word documents, PDF's, CAD files, Driver files, and so on. The CMS keeps track of every version of every digital asset. The system can publish content as web pages, into databases, as RSS or wireless feeds, or into records management systems, and so on.
  • Search DL CMS Search, the most powerful hosted search service available on the market today, is included as part of any DL Intranet/Extranet. It can read any common document type, meta-data associated with images or other non-text assets, and will only deliver search results to those with permissions to see that content. Advanced search, category search, multi-site search, related concept search, and automated categorization and "clustering" are just a few of the standard features.
  • Hosting Digitalemon provides Web Hosting from Tier 1 data centers, and comes completely managed and completely supported.
  • Authentication and Security Management Managers of Intranets and/or Extranets need to be able to control access to live content (authenticate) and determine which site visitors can access which sets of content (Manage Content Security). Site managers also need to be able manage the user lists themselves, or integrate the lists with existing systems (LDAP, Active Directory).
